Work with freelancers, agencies and media representatives as necessary.Utilizing the Function Fox graphics software service, work with the Advertising Manager and Advertising Traffic Specialist to prioritize and track the progress of all jobs, including: specifications, progress, timelines and other project variables.Provides creative leadership to graphic design team.Understand and implement the company brand and ensure standards are upheld through all platforms.Assist in design strategies and campaigns from inception through the review process.Engage in professional development as needed to stay current in communication design, and design-related computer hardware and software needs.Collaborate with others on strategy and content development.Work independently on assigned projects, collaborating with department supervisor and project initiator as needed.Create original designs for a variety of collateral and communication pieces.Work with internal design group to design and development collateral material, internal signage and print advertising throughout the property and for media outlets.
